The Sixth Annual Florida Leadership Academies offer a unique statewide learning opportunity to energize your leadership and your school. The Council for Educational Change, Florida’s premiere educational leadership organization conducts the Academy. It is a Florida Department of Education William C. Golden Professional Development Program for School Leaders activity.

School leaders work individually to expand their leadership capacity through standards-driven leadership learning and work collectively to target schoolsite strategies to improve student achievement. Each participant develops a personal leadership plan by week’s end to implement in the coming school year with online support from mentors, cohort peers, and the Council for Educational Change learning tools.
