The Council for Educational Change and Etraffic Solutions partner to provide ASAP. The South Florida Annenberg Challenge found that school improvement resulted from effective leadership. Knowing that, the Council for Educational Change funded ASAP. The project evolved from three South Florida based pilots into a solution used all across North America. The Council for Educational Change, a non-profit organization, offers educational products at a minimal cost. Etraffic Solutions, an elearning company, excels at providing learning through technology. Through this partnership, the two organizations also provide such products as SP SnapShot^TM, Teacher Essentials and StudyBUZZ to schools.
